We collect only what we need to deliver your order, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address and district.
• Your phone number or email address, whichever you give us.
• Any note you write for the courier.
• What you ordered, the amount, and how you chose to pay.

If you pay by bank transfer, we see the name and the account the transfer came from.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order with you and deliver it.
• To send you an order confirmation by email, if you gave an email address.
• To handle a return or a complaint.
• To keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who receives it

• The courier who delivers your order: name, address, phone and courier note.
• The companies that host this website and carry our email.

Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Cookies and your browser

The shop does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our server, until you place the order. To protect the shop against abuse, the server briefly counts requests per internet address.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Armenian accounting and tax law requires. After that they are deleted.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to info@karpett.am or call +374 33 612 619. Personal data is handled under the law of the Republic of Armenia on the protection of personal data.
