You can send a mat back within 5 days of delivery if it is unused.

How to return a mat

• Contact us within 5 days of the day you received it: +374 33 612 619 or info@karpett.am. Have your order number ready.
• The mat must be unused, clean and in the condition you received it.
• Our courier collects it from your address in Yerevan.
• Once we have the mat back and have checked it, we refund you.

What you get back

We refund the price you paid for the mat, minus 3 000 ֏ that we keep to cover the courier.

If you paid on delivery, we agree with you how to pay the refund. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund goes back to the account it came from.

Damaged or wrong mat

If the mat arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 5 days. We replace it or refund the full amount, and nothing is kept for the courier.

What cannot be returned

Mats that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery.
