Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed in this shop.

Products and prices

Prices are in Armenian dram and include VAT. The price that counts is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. Colors on screen are indicative and can differ slightly from the mat.

Placing an order

Placing an order sends us a request. We contact you by phone or email to confirm it. The sale is agreed once we have confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and cancel that item at no cost to you.

Payment

You pay the courier on delivery, in cash or by card. Or you choose bank transfer at checkout: we send you an invoice by email or WhatsApp, you pay it by bank transfer, and we deliver once the transfer has arrived.

Delivery

We deliver within Yerevan, normally in 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed. Delivery in Yerevan is free. For delivery outside Yerevan, contact us first.

Returns

You can return an unused mat within 5 days of delivery. Our courier collects it and 3 000 ֏ is kept from the refund for the courier. A damaged or wrong mat is replaced or refunded in full. The Returns page has the details.

Guarantee

Where a product page states a guarantee, it applies as stated there. It covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear or damage from misuse.
